Pet Policy

Friendly dogs are welcome in the campground, and the cottages and suites with prior approval.

There is a daily charge of $15/dog in the cottages/suites only
There is a $150 cash deposit per dog in the cottages and suites, refundable on departure, pending inspection
There is a 2 dog maximum and dogs may NOT be left unattended. Please note Town of Wells does not allow pets on the beaches during summer season
Pets must be on a leash at all times.
All pet waste must be cleaned up.
Pets must be well behaved and excessive barking is not allowed

ALL visitors and guests must stop at the office upon arrival to register by law and pay guest fees.

Camping Rate is based on a family of four and one vehicle.
There is a four adult, Six person, maximum for campsites.
We encourage our campers to bring only one car. Parking for extra cars is limited; and additional fee applies for 2+ cars
If two families share, each pays the full site rate
Cancellation: for a refund of deposit less a 15% fee, you must give at least 3 weeks notice for campsites.
There is no refund for long-term rentals. We cannot refund for early departure or weather boredom.
